Check in/Registration opens at 2:30
Walk up registration will be available based on participant numbers.
Opening ceremonies begins at 3. (to consist of torch run, National anthem, group photo, Spirit wear competition, opening of games) Games are played until all teams finish events. (we expect this to be around 6:30 ish, but could be earlier or later depending on # of participants.)
Silent auction ends with a live auction (anyone can bid! This is not just for participants.)
Tie Breakers, if any.
Awards presentation.
Stay for music, food, drinks and fun and support the Legion's restaurant and bar.
Anyone can come watch, play plinko, buy 50/50 raffle tickets (must be present at drawing to win) and bid on auction items.
Spectator armbands for $20 get you an armband that allows keg access.
Food will be for available for sale throughout the day.
